2. Performance Overview (April 2024 – April 2025)

App Store (iOS)

• Total Downloads: 1,710 — up 625%

• Impressions: 910,000 — up 23,400%

• Product Page Views: 10,100 — up 1,900%

• Conversion Rate: 0.3% — currently low, while we test new channels and onboarding

• Sessions per Active Device: 3.78 — solid early retention

• Proceeds: $324 — up 223%

• Crashes: 42 — being actively resolved

Google Play (Android)

• Estimated Installs: 2,300+

• Tunisia leading organic growth

• Key spikes in June/July, December, and March

• Crashes and app instability were real challenges last year. But our CTO Gabriel Faleri, leading the charge from London, and our dev team crushed it. The app is now stable, faster, and ready for scale.

Combined Installs (iOS + Android): Over 4,000

Total Revenue (past 12 months): ~USD $625

These are humble numbers—but every download, every dollar, every conversation is 100% real and earned. That’s our foundation.

3. What we’ve built and improved

The past few months were about building infrastructure and momentum.

Here’s what we’ve improved:

• Cleaned up onboarding to reduce confusion

• Redesigned our UX/UI across mobile

• Overhauled event creation for Hosts

• Desktop version nearly ready to start development

• Gamification system in closed testing with the product team

• Includes daily engagement streaks, KRZ challenges, tipping bonuses, and leaderboards

• Token monetization fully integrated

• Android crash issues fixed across the board

Everything here is based on your feedback, frustrations, and insights.

is 2 months in and he’s moving mountains

It’s been 60 days since Rich Dornisch joined as CGO and Co-Founder.

His focus has been:

• Rewriting our monetization model

• Designing premium user journeys

• Structuring retention systems for hosts and members

• Building our next phase of growth and scale

• Launch referral and daily reward programs

• Scale the Kornerz Bank with financial tools for Hosts

• Host more town halls and push forward community-driven governance
