To: Klouderz, KornerStones, Advisors, and Investors
Date: July 7, 2025
1. This is the continuation of a new era
This is our second Open Book report, following our inaugural one for Q1.
Keeping the promise that, every quarter you’ll continue to receive clear, transparent, and community-first updates on everything happening inside Kornerz.
Why? Because this isn’t a top-down company.
Kornerz is a decentralized, people-powered social network. Built for you, with you.
We believe the community and that includes our investors deserves to know how we’re doing, not just through financials, but through real, human progress.
This is build by the people for the people.

Google Play (Android) - Q2 2025 (April 1 - June 30)
Installed Audience (Daily Active Users): Approximately 292 users as of June 30, 2025. While this metric saw a decrease from early April, our focus remains on improving the user experience to drive sustained engagement.
Crashes and app instability were real challenges last year, but our CTO Gabriel Faleri, leading the charge from London, and our dev team continue to crush it. The app is now stable, faster, and ready for scale.
Combined Metrics
Total Revenue (Q2 2025 iOS Proceeds): ~$55 USD.
While these numbers are humble, every download, every dollar, every conversation is 100% real and earned. That’s our foundation, and we are now strategically positioning for significant scale.
3. What we’ve built and improved
The past few months were about building infrastructure, strategic partnerships, and refining our core product. Here’s what we’ve improved:
Overhauled UX/UI: Based on extensive user feedback and usability testing, Katarzyna Bytnerowicz, our new Chief Design Officer, has led a comprehensive redesign of our app's interface and user experience. The goal is to make the app more intuitive, "sexy," and functional, ensuring users understand its purpose from the moment they onboard. The first sprint (Splash and Home Screen) of this new interface is set to deploy this July, with subsequent sprints following quickly under our Scrum management system.
New Subscription Model: We've reformulated our monetization model. The subscription option will now be prominently featured on the app's Home screen, with an upgrade from $1.99 to $10.99/month. This increase repositions Kornerz as a more exclusive, secure, and troll-free space, reflecting the enhanced value we provide.
Gamification System in Production: We’ve begun implementing our gamification and rewards system, which includes tokens, badges, and participation bonuses. This is designed to further boost retention and engagement among active members.
Android & iOS Stability: Our dev team, including Shahid Nasrullah, our Senior iOS developer, continues to make critical improvements for app stability and performance across both platforms.
Desktop Version: Development for the desktop version is nearly ready to start.
Everything here is based on your feedback, frustrations, and insights.
4. Strategic Acquisitions and Leadership
Rich Dornisch 🏳️🌈 is moving mountains It’s been over 5 months since Rich Dornisch joined as CGO and Co-Founder. His focus continues to be:
Rewriting our monetization model
Designing premium user journeys
Structuring retention systems for KornerStones and Klouderz
Building our next phase of growth and scale And much more… This work isn’t about quick results, it’s about laying the groundwork for a legacy. And he’s doing just that.
New Global Talent: We’ve consolidated three significant alliances with talents across the globe, reinforcing our narrative that Kornerz is born global:
Kasia Bytnerowicz – Poland (Chief Design Officer): With over 20 years of experience in the tech sector, Kasia is leading the restructuring of the app's layout to make it more intuitive and functional. Her work is elevating our user experience to global standards.
Justyn Burgest-Graham & GZTV – Georgia, USA (Chief Community Officer): Known professionally as JFETTIHONCHO, Justyn is an award-winning international fashion model and entrepreneur. As CEO of GZTV and an international influencer, he now leads our creator community. His network and content creation capabilities will significantly scale our reach in North America.
Shahid Nasrullah – Pakistan (iOS Developer): Shahid is a key partner for our IOS product with critical improvements for app stability and performance.
These partnerships are crucial as we position ourselves to achieve our ambitious goal of 100,000 paying users by the end of 2025 through a coordinated strategy across technology, design, and content.
5. What’s ahead (Q3 2025)
May was about paving the road, and June was about stepping on the accelerator. Here’s what we’re executing next:
New Design Rollout: Finalize the new design with Kasia and deploy the first sprints of the new user interface.
Subscription Campaign Launch: Launch the official subscription campaign with Justyn & GZTV, leveraging his audience to drive adoption of the new premium model.
Gamification Iteration: Test and iterate the token-based reward system for early adopters.
Marketing & Outreach: Run targeted email marketing and cold outreach campaigns with a strong focus on creators.
Atomic Network Effect in Georgia, USA: Our marketing efforts are now primarily directed towards the state of Georgia, USA, to scale our user base. This strategy, called "Atomic Network Effect," involves picking a state, scaling, and then moving to the next.
New Community Launches: Launch "Atlanta Kornerz" to connect Klouderz around a geographical region and "Chic & Style," which offers Klouderz the opportunity to interact with Justyn, a notorious top model and entrepreneur.
Sustained Growth: As we scale, we will maintain our push on marketing and increase investments, aiming for a continuous snowball effect rather than major one-off launches.
The goal: grow the right way, with the right people, for the right reasons, aiming for approximately 100,000 active paying users by the end of the year.
